Public printing, made simpler

Self-service printing for public spaces

StudioHub PrinterKiosk is a self-service document printing and kiosk platform provided by StudioHub for libraries and similar public environments.

Designed for shared environments

Patrons can bring documents from supported sources such as USB, phone or email, and supported cloud services—including Google Drive.

How cloud printing works

Your document, selected by you

The phone-to-kiosk flow is temporary and tied to the print session in front of you.

  1. 01

    Scan

Scan the temporary QR code shown by the kiosk using your phone.

  2. 02

    Choose

Open a supported source and select the specific document you want to print.

  3. 03

    Review and print

Return to the kiosk to prepare and preview the document, then continue with the site's print process.

Google Drive access

When Google Drive is selected, Google authentication happens on the patron's phone. StudioHub does not ask for or receive the patron's Google password.

The patron chooses a specific file. StudioHub receives only that selected document as needed for the print session; PrinterKiosk is not a general cloud-document store and does not browse the patron's entire Google Drive.
