How do I buy from StudioHub Collective?

Simply browse our collections, add your favourite pieces to your basket, and complete checkout securely online. Once payment is received, suppliers are automatically notified and your order begins processing.

How is delivery managed when purchasing from multiple stores?

StudioHub Collective brings together independent boutiques, artists, and makers in one marketplace. If your order contains products from multiple stores, each supplier receives an automatic packing slip and prepares their items individually for dispatch.

Some items may arrive separately depending on the supplier and shipping requirements.

How do I arrange delivery for larger items?

Larger furniture, artwork, and fragile décor pieces are often marked as pickup from our Rosedale, Auckland warehouse.

If pickup is not convenient, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help arrange a suitable delivery option.

Can I purchase from outside New Zealand?

Yes — some stores may be able to arrange international shipping for selected items.

Please use the Contact Us page before purchasing so we can confirm availability, shipping options, and pricing.

When will I receive my receipt?

Once payment has been completed, your order confirmation and receipt are automatically emailed to you.

If you cannot find your email, please check your junk/spam folder first.

How do I receive my order?

Once your order is confirmed:

suppliers are automatically notified items are prepared for dispatch or collection you may receive separate tracking or collection information depending on the products ordered

Why do I need to verify my email address?

Email verification helps protect both customers and sellers by ensuring order confirmations and communication are sent correctly.

Returning customers do not need to verify their email again on future purchases when they have already verified by either purchasing a product or requesting contact.

Can I contact a store directly?

If you have questions about a specific item, delivery, dimensions, or availability, please contact us and we’ll connect you with the appropriate store where required.

Are all products new?

Products featured on StudioHub Collective are new boutique, artisan, and curated pieces.

Preloved or vintage items will be clearly identified within the product description and store information where applicable and only displayed on the Preloved Store.
